Our Core Values

People & Property Matter — Our Core Values

The idea the company was founded on in 2004 — and the reason the Herrmann family also built one of Las Vegas’ most established nonprofits.

Where it started

People and property matter — in that order

Craig Herrmann founded Construction by Mirage in 2004. From that day, People and Property Matter has been the main focus.

We understand this is your home or your business, and it matters. That belief decides how we quote, how we schedule, how we treat a property while we’re working in it, and how we stand behind the finished job.

So it is no surprise that the Herrmann family also founded one of the most successful nonprofit organizations in Las Vegas.
