Every photograph on this page came off a job our own crew ran, in a house or a condo somewhere in the Las Vegas valley. Most of it is the kind of work that never makes a magazine: a floor laid flat on a difficult slab, a wall patched and textured so the repair disappears, a condo kitchen fitted around a riser that was never going to move.
We have kept the gallery honest rather than staged. If a finished room looks ordinary, that is usually a good sign. Most competent remodeling looks unremarkable once it is done, because the skill went into the parts you can no longer see.

What a project looks like from your side
People rarely ask what the gallery photos cost. They ask what the month looked like for the family living there, which is the more useful question.
A typical remodel starts with a walkthrough, then a written price and a finish date. Once you approve it we order the long-lead items first, because cabinets and countertops set the schedule and nothing else can start until they are locked. Permits and any HOA submittal run in parallel from that same week rather than in sequence, which is where most self-managed projects quietly lose a month.
During construction you get a sealed work zone, a site swept at the end of each day, and a call when something changes. Anything found behind a wall gets shown to you, priced, and approved in writing before we carry on. At the end we walk the job together and stay until your list is finished, not ours.

About our Las Vegas projects
Can I visit a finished project?
Sometimes, with the owner’s permission. We will not promise it up front because it depends on who is willing, but for larger projects we can usually arrange for you to speak with a past client whose job resembled yours.
Are these your own crews or subcontractors?
Both, and we are straight about which. Carpentry, finish work and project management are in-house. Licensed subcontractors cover the specialist trades, and we hold their license and insurance certificates on file.
Do you have references?
Yes, and any contractor who will not give you recent ones is telling you something. Ask for projects similar to yours rather than a general list.
How old are these photographs?
They span recent years of work across the valley. The A-Z Women’s Center rebuild is documented with job-site photography taken during construction, including the damage we found once the casework came out.
Will my project be photographed?
Only if you are happy for it to be. We ask, and no is a perfectly normal answer that changes nothing about the job.
